- ✦Maintenance is optional and must not be added without your explicit agreement.
- ✦Recurring billing is configured only after verifying the payment provider, subscription terms, and cancellation policy.
Ordering & Payment
How the Process Works

- 4DAD confirms the scope where necessary.
- 5Customer receives the agreement and full-payment invoice or approved checkout link.
- 6Customer accepts the agreement and pays the full amount.
- 7DAD receives payment confirmation.
- 8The project moves into the implementation pipeline.
- 9Work begins.
Payment Policy
"By making payment, you agree to the approved project scope and service terms. Once payment has been made and work begins, payments are non-refundable, subject to applicable law. Additional work outside the agreed package may require an extra fee."
100% Upfront Required
No 50/50 splits, pay-after-delivery, or automatic installment plans. Projects built inside DAD's own agency account may have separately agreed payment arrangements.
Do not start a project merely because an inquiry is submitted. Checkout activates only after the payment integration and final terms are reviewed.
